Krealeo provides viral content generation tools, including hook templates, caption suggestions, and content analysis features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to transmit any harmful code, or to interfere with the proper working of the platform. Violation may result in immediate termination of your account.
All content generated using our templates is yours to use. However, the templates, algorithms, and platform itself are the property of Krealeo. You may not reverse engineer or copy our proprietary systems.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results from using our content generation tools. Viral success depends on many factors beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krealeo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Krealeo operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
